A serene stay by the river
The Iudia Hotel impressed with its spacious rooms adorned with Thai art and breathtaking river views. Breakfast was a delightful spread, offering made-to-order items, enhancing the morning experience. The added benefit of free bicycles allowed for easy exploration of nearby temples, making every moment enjoyable.
While the hotel is well-located, I did find dining options limited in immediate proximity. Additionally, the parking was quite cramped, which could be frustrating when coming back after a day of exploring.

The baby back ribs at Blue River Ayutthaya were divine, complementing the relaxing vibe of the gorgeous pool area with stunning views of the temples. The breakfast spread was delightful, with both traditional and western options that made my mornings a joy.
While I did try to ask for transport advice, I found the options a bit pricey at first and had to venture out to find a better deal, but all in all, the experience was still fantastic.

the hotel itself is pretty, but don’t be fooled. the breakfast is absolutely ridiculous with the same bland fruit every day, and don’t even get me started on the poorly placed amenities. i expected some sort of special treatment, but alas, a welcome gift would have absolutely brightened my stay. just couldn’t give them a good review after all that.

Limited parking spots for a higher number of rooms creates a hassle. Breakfast choices were repetitive and lacked variety, with the same fruits each day. The placement of shower amenities was ill-conceived—who wants to reach across the room for shampoo? The pool could use a deep clean as it had visible algae and buildup.

The entrance is poorly marked, making it hard to locate!!! Limited parking for the number of rooms is frustrating!!! Amenities placement is counterintuitive, and cleanliness of the pool could use attention!!!

Large, beautifully decorated room offered a stunning view of the river, enhanced by a lovely balcony. Breakfast featured an array of homemade products alongside a variety of cooked dishes, presented elegantly. While the staff were friendly, parking was limited and finding nearby dining options required a bit of effort, which could be inconvenient after a long day of exploring.

It was just a commendable fit for strolling around in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff helped arrange us a tuk-tuk for a reasonable price to tour the local temples which was fun. Remember to watch out for the mosquitoes around the area after sunset.
